DAY 1

We had a great first night at Athens VBS at RFUMC! Below is a letter from Paul describing the evening.

To all who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 1:7)

I, Paul, am on a dangerous journey to share the Truth that there is one God who loves us all. I met many people in Athens this evening who are yearning to learn more about God. We began our evening in celebration by praising and worshipping God. We know many people in Athens don’t believe in God, or in His son, Jesus. Some people have tried to hurt me and hinder my journey. They believe in fake gods, not the One True God. This week, we will tell people in Athens VBS there is one God and He loves us all. Please pray for success in our journey.
